Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Supervisor role? Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences. Ensure all service standards are consistently followed, including upselling and product knowledge. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control within the department. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are fully prepared and maintained. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations. About you You have experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food and beverage, ideally in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
