You will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for students. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.Provide support to students, including those with additional needs, in small groups and one-on-one settings.Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning.Assist in the assessment of student progress and provide feedback.Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
