Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play the most important role within Enable by positively impacting the lives of the individuals we support. Each day is unique, but you will be supporting someone who requires assistance to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and providing positive behavioural support while expanding social networks and connections. Each person has unique support requirements; your role will be tailored to meet those needs. We create bespoke teams to ensure safety, well‑being, and aspirations of the people we support are met.
