About the Role
A client of ours, a managed service provider, is growing steadily and looking to hire a Third Line Support Engineer. We are seeking someone with experience in the Microsoft Windows tech stack. The company is small to medium-sized and expanding due to an increasing client base. The role is based in Southend and requires on-site presence five days a week.
Skills Required
1. Experience working in a 3rd Line support position
2. Windows Server
3. SQL Server or MySQL
4. Office 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint
5. Hyper-V, VMware
6. Veeam Backup
7. Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira)
8. Routers, switches, and firewalls
9. Previous experience working for a managed service provider is desirable but not essential
