We are now seeking an Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role
You'll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of sales, and marketing via administration. From handling enquiries to assisting with promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional written and verbal communication across internal and external enquiries.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and respond to enquiries with a flexible approach.
* Work independently and collaboratively within the team environment.
* Maintain strong attention to detail in all processes and ensure work is well-organized.
* Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
* Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics packages) to create and manage documents.
* Support the creation of social media and marketing materials.
* Assist with maintaining CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.
About You

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable using social media for business purposes.
* 2 years' administration experience.
Desirable:
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Ability to support marketing content creation (digital and print).
* Strong customer service skills.
* Driving licence (preferred).
