A leading manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative to oversee night shift operations at their busy Heathrow site. This role involves leading a small team, managing nightly deliveries, stock control, and ensuring high standards of safety, housekeeping, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include supervising the team, receiving and checking deliveries, raising orders on an in-house system, liaising with drivers, pick & packing and handling shift handovers. The role also involves occasional driving cover using a 3.5t vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role (night shift preferred)
* A strong understanding of health & safety practices
* Hands-on, flexible attitude with good attention to detail
* FLT licence desirable but not essential
Package includes:
* 33,787 total salary package (includes night shift allowance)
* Bonus scheme – up to £450 per quarter
