What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at Croft Avenue Care home You must have a serious passion for cleaning and enjoy leaving every surface gleaming and shining
* Hours of Work 8am - 5pm- 3 shifts a week with every other weekend
* Total of 27 hours per week
Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established standards and procedures
* Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitise floors and surfaces
* Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
* Change bed linens and make beds
* Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
* Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and soap
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
* Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
* Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
* Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
* Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and long periods of standing
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and residents
