We are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Campaigns and Marketing to help us tell our story.
Role Overview
As Head of Campaigns and Marketing, you will lead the overall direction, strategy, and delivery of our campaigns and marketing function. Working closely with our Chief Brand Officer, you’ll ensure that our brand continues to inspire, engage, and influence key audiences across the UK.
You’ll oversee a talented multi-disciplinary team, guiding the development and delivery of integrated communications campaigns, brand strategy, and marketing initiatives across digital, media, PR, and relationship channels. Using insight‑led planning alongside hands‑on leadership, you will raise awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen our position as a leading voice in children’s physical activity, play, and sport. You will also collaborate across the organisation to shape priorities and plan resources effectively.
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate leader with proven experience in marketing and communications, and a track record of delivering impactful multi‑channel campaigns and the ability to align marketing activity with organisational objectives.
