Requirements:
The ideal candidtate will have some experience in a similar position, however, full on the job training will be given and is willing to learn as part of this growing team
Duties to include :
# To ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques
# Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations
# To comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies.
# To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
# To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
