We are working with a growing and successful insurance firm, and they are looking for support with a 2–3-month fixed contract for a Talent Mapping Systems Project. This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This role would be ideal for either a seasoned talent acquisition / in-house recruiter who is familiar with the commercial insurance industry, or alternatively an individual that has worked within the insurance sector in a business operations, HR, or administration role. Having good knowledge of the insurance industry is essential for this role. Reporting into the HR Business Partner the focus of the project is to source information and update their internal talent system with current and historical employee / role profile information. This will involve not only updating the system but collating and gathering relevant information from stakeholders across the business.
