Content & Community Manager Organic Growth & Engagement Execution Overview We’re seeking a creative, resourceful Content & Community Manager to run our daily brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll be the voice of our House — shaping how we show up and spark connection with our community every day. Responsibilities Plan and execute content across all organic channels Shoot, edit, and schedule short-form video and imagery Write engaging copy that reflects our voice and values Respond to DMs, comments, and community messages with warmth and brand flair Support influencer partnerships and content repurposing Track content performance and optimise for reach and engagement Manage UGC sourcing and curation Ideal Background 2 years in content or social media management Visual storytelling skills (photo/video editing tools, Canva, etc.) Hands-on familiarity with Reels/TikTok trends Love for design, gardening, sustainable living, and storytelling Working from our Sidcup office you would be part of the full time marketing team. Ideally a driver who can visit various locations across London to shoot content with junior content creator.
