Responsibilities
* Maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
* Be the point of contact for clients and new business queries
* Prepare for client meetings
* Process business and manage pipeline
* Prepare illustrations, key features, and applications
* Coordinate and produce client valuations
* Maintain client records
* Support financial planners to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service
Skills and experience
* 2+ years’ experience within the financial services industry
* Client-focused with strong customer service skills
* Proficient with IT software (e.g., Microsoft packages)
* Strong work ethic and communication skills
* Ideally, a Financial Administration certificate or equivalent
