The Role
* Take the lead on projects, working from early‑stage design through to delivery, with the autonomy to make real decisions.
* Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple projects.
* Work closely with architects and clients to develop practical, design‑led solutions.
* Take ownership of technical delivery and coordination.
* Support and mentor junior engineers.
* Contribute to project strategy and problem solving.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background).
* Strong track record delivering projects across commercial, residential, or mixed‑use sectors.
* Confident in leading projects and engaging directly with clients.
* Solid technical knowledge across HVAC systems and UK regulations.
* A collaborative mindset and interest in design‑led engineering.
