Position Overview

Role Overview

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for organisation, detail, and supporting a thriving team? We're looking for a Senior Administrator to take the lead in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and department operations.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, mentoring junior team members, and helping to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Leading on administrative duties including audio-typing, minute-taking, and document preparation
* Managing diaries, emails, meetings, travel arrangements, and presentations
* Coordinating projects
* Overseeing office facilities, including health & safety checks
* Handling monthly invoicing using Sage Coretime
* Supporting junior staff through training and mentoring
* Maintaining office supplies

What we are looking for

* Proven experience in a similar administrative role
* High-level audio-typing and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* A professional, warm telephone manner and excellent written communication
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
* A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Experience with CRM systems and Sage Coretime is a bonus — but training will be provided.
