JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales performance and expand our market share within the Fastener Distribution sector. You will be responsible for managing and developing key distributor accounts, leveraging Europas dedicated UK trade-only business model. As we do not sell directly to end-users or OEMs, you will use this strategic advantage to secure Europas position as their primary supplier. Your objective is to drive revenue by proactively identifying opportunities where distributors require our specialised fastener range, specifically SEMS and non-standard parts.
