 1. Basic Salary: £37,500
 2. OTE: Up to £48,000
 3. Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
 4. Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
 5. No Sundays or Bank Holidays
We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run autocentre in Nottingham for a Branch Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive management experience who’s ready to lead a team and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 17. Manage daily site operations and staff workloads. 
 18. Work alongside the Workshop manager to ensure workshop KPIs and other Targets are met. 
 19. Maintain high standards of customer service and job quality.
 20. Order and manage parts efficiently.
 21. Handle customer queries and authorise repair work
 22. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
 23. Support recruitment, training, and team development
 24. Stay current with industry updates and internal policies
Ideal Candidate:
 25. Previous experience in an automotive management role or other senior position. 
 26. Excellent organisational and communication skills
 27. Strong customer service mindset
 28. Comfortable managing both technical and administrative tasks
 29. Knowledge of workshop health and safety standards
 30. UK work authorisation
