About the Role
Bath College is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sports Lecturer to join our Health, Education, Sport & Wellbeing team. This is an exciting time to join us, with the refurbishment of our facilities and the launch of several new Sports Academies, creating fantastic opportunities for innovation and growth within the department.
You will inspire and develop the next generation of sports professionals by delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of programmes, including Level 2 and Level 3 courses.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Sport or a related discipline.
* Has experience teaching or training in a sports-related field (FE or industry experience considered).
* Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.
* Is passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
* Ideally holds a teaching qualification (or is willing to work towards one).
