Connect Appointments is recruiting a Welder to join a global manufacturing business based in Livingston.
What's on offer?
* Ongoing temporary position
* Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm - with an early Friday finish
* 14 to 15.50 per hour - dependent on experience
* Immediate starts available
As a Welder, your duties will include:
* Reading and working from detailed CAD/CAM engineering drawings
* TIG and MIG welding across a variety of projects
* Working on general sheet metal work and light fabrications
* Using hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
The ideal Welder will have:
* Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator
* Proven TIG and MIG welding skills in a manufacturing environment
* The ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail
