Anderselite are currently recruiting on behalf of a tier one contractor for a Planner in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work for both internal and external operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to KPIs.
•Prepare job packs, ensure compliance with corporate procedures, and maintain clear and adequate work programs.
•Arrange repairs for carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture, and drainage.
•Process permits, licenses, applications, traffic regulation orders, and other service requests accurately and promptly.
•Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
Working Hours:
•Start between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM
•8-hour workday with a 30-minute break
•Flexible working options are available.
Qualifications Requirement:
•Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software systems.
•Strong ability to produce accurate reports and manage data entry.
•Open to learning and applying transferable skills.
