Learning & Development Administrator
A leading and established organisation based in Hillsborough is currently seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm; Friday, 8.30am - 3.45pm. Hybrid working after the training period (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).
Salary: £25,000 per annum.
Job role:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will provide administrative support, including data management, training support, and recruitment.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven administrative experience in a busy, pressurised environment
* Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain data management systems by updating training and system information
* Organise training events and manage logistics such as room bookings and hospitality
* Assist with collation of attendance records and training feedback
* Administer billing activities related to training events
* Manage travel arrangements for trainers
* Ensure all training resources are prepared
* Assist in the administration of the company's Further Education policy and records
* Support the grant recovery process
* Handle enquiries via telephone, email, and post
* Provide general administrative support to the L&D team as needed
* Undertake any additional duties as required by management
