What You Will Do: • Prepare steel structures and fabricated components for painting after shot blasting. • Clean, mask, and prepare surfaces prior to paint application. • Mix and prepare paints in line with manufacturers' specifications. • Apply 2-pack primers and topcoats to achieve exceptional finishes. • Operate paint equipment including air-assisted, airless, and HVLP spray guns. • Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
