Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton – Office Based, Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Recruitment Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our employer brand and attract exceptional candidates.
You’ll lead our recruitment marketing activity (80%) while supporting wider company marketing (20%). Your work will shape how candidates discover, engage with, and choose to join Apollo. You’ll collaborate across teams and act as our in‑house expert for digital recruitment content and campaigns.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Recruitment Marketing (80%)
1. Deliver targeted recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media, and email.
2. Partner with external agencies to produce impactful campaigns.
3. Create engaging content showcasing our culture, people, and career opportunities.
4. Manage and optimise the careers section of our website.
5. Work with the Recruitment Manager and wider teams to align marketing with staffing needs.
6. Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies for better results.
7. Engage with candidates across our social media channels.
Company Digital Marketing (20%)
8. Produce marketing materials for events and exhibitions.
9. Support updates and development of our main company website.
10. Plan and create digital content across B2B and B2C channels, including email, social media, and blogs.
11. Manage and grow our social media presence.
12. Promote company news, achievements, events, and community involvement.
13. Monitor online reviews and support reputation management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
14. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred but not essential).
15. 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing; recruitment marketing is a bonus.
16. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
17. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
18. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
19. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
20. A creative, proactive approach.
