Job Description
* Manage and process incoming invoices
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Handle payment queries and issues
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoice payments
* Assist in month-end and year-end closing
* Collaborate with other departments for financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
