Role Summary:We are seeking five dynamic and curious Researchers to join a fast-growing innovation team. You’ll work at the intersection of science, sustainability, and product development—supporting projects from early-stage concept ideation through to prototyping and technical validation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct desk-based and laboratory research across themes such as alternative proteins, nutrition, and functional foods.
* Support the development and testing of food and beverage prototypes.
* Analyse data and contribute to technical reports and client presentations.
* Collaborate with scientists, product developers, and external partners.
* Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the food sector.
* Help maintain high standards of lab safety and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not essential).
* Experience in food R&D, innovation, or a similar lab-based setting is a plus.
* Passionate about food, sustainability, and improving consumer health.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
