Our team in Blackburn are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable individual in the role of Desk Based Account Manager. As a Desk Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in the healthcare sector. Duties will include working to satisfy customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries, and delivering a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will be proactive in contacting customers and providing a solution to increase sales, whilst building a strong product knowledge of Winncare's products. The key tasks and accountabilities associated with this role are as follows: Work with the wider team to identify sales leads and new business opportunities. Manage a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts. Devise campaign ideas and handle their management. Present campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders. Meet quarterly KPIs and targets concerning customer calls and contact. This will be done by telephone, email, and on occasion, meeting in person. Liaising with line manager to book in person appointments for key customers. Perform administrative tasks, such as audits and CRM updates. Use existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities. Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Applicants should possess good communication skills and experience working in a team and collaborating with colleagues. It is essential applicants possess excellent attention to detail and can work using their own initiative. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. A UK driving license would be advantageous. Candidates possessing previous experience as a Sales Account Manager and knowledge of the CRM database will have a distinct advantage, and demonstratable experience in telesales is essential.
