We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Go to Market Content Executive to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey on a hybrid contract.
You will work with the Go to Market team, using your creative and project management skills to support Customer & Innovation (C&I) and the defined regions with requests for proposals, while creating new content for product/solution launches and other materials for internal & external distribution. You will play a key role in managing and communicating all content assets within the global content sharing platform, “Content Factory”.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing updated content, project coordination, capturing risks & actions, documenting minutes, and facilitating content workshops.
2. Storyboarding, copywriting, designing, editing, proofreading the development and production of content. Final validated material will be uploaded to Content Factory.
3. Creating and nurturing a network within C&I, Communications, Local Marketing, and Solutions teams to identify new content opportunities and optimal communication channels (POP, webinars, newsletters, etc.).
4. Collaborating with local markets to identify content gaps (RFP stock materials, pitches, case studies, videos, campaign materials, whitepapers).
5. Working with suppliers, including copywriters and design agencies, and supporting the evaluation of their performance.
6. Managing Content Factory content, ensuring relevance and accuracy through regular reviews and updates, and collaborating with local teams for validation and new content creation.
7. Supporting GTM budget management.
8. Enhancing platform traffic through communication updates, and contributing to sales and distribution communities with announcements and presentations.
9. Training new starters and providing refresher sessions on Content Factory usage, gathering feedback for improvements.
10. Analyzing Content Factory usage data via Google Analytics.
11. Maintaining and managing the content platform overall.
12. Providing ad hoc support for projects during peak periods and leading other C&I projects when needed.

Your Profile
1. Previous experience in content creation, communications, or marketing.
2. Knowledge of multi-channel and digital marketing, with the ability to adapt to digital trends.
3. Experience with bid/project coordination is advantageous.
4. Excellent PowerPoint skills; ability to create engaging designs and copy.
5. Insight-driven, innovative, with a strong understanding of diverse audiences.
6. Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of working with global teams to develop content.
7. Ability to develop compelling educational and sales materials.
8. Proficient in facilitating workshops for content storyboarding.
9. Knowledge of content sharing platforms like SharePoint, Bynder, Google Analytics is an advantage.
10. Strong attention to detail, adherence to brand guidelines, and project management skills.
11. A calm, positive attitude under pressure and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
