Job Description
As a Design Engineer within McAdam's Water Design Build Team will provide you with opportunities for career growth and progression through work on local projects and programmes of work across the island of Ireland, membership of professional bodies and a dedicated Training Manager helping you work towards professional status, whilst offering a competitive salary, fun and social workplace, work / life balance and hybrid working.
You will be given responsibility to grow and take ownership for your projects through delivery of designs from Concept Stage to Site working for our Contracting Delivery Partners. You will be tasked with the delivery of concept designs, feasibility studies and detailed designs on a variety of wastewater and water related projects, leading to a robust knowledge of engineering principles, acting as the foundation for your growth within the industry.
Tasks will include concept design, client and stakeholder communication, preparation of drawings, calculations, programmes, specifications, reports and other job related correspondence.
