Empiric is partnering with an established, fast-growing, and highly mission-driven global provider of intelligence software and training, used by governments, defense, law enforcement, etc. Their core mission is to assist businesses in addressing intelligence challenges daily, making the world a better and safer place.
This role is a 'hunter' position, building out the UK market from scratch - handling the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. If you are someone who values working in a start-up environment, where you can take complete ownership and autonomy whilst being rewarded accordingly, this role is for you.
Whilst the business is in it's infancy when it comes to success in the UK market, they have a history of success in other regions and have achieved their financial targets as a business for 2025 already!
The Opportunity:
* Strategy & Prospecting: Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK (and Nordics). Actively prospect and generate pipeline within government, military, intelligence community, law enforcement, etc.
* Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle from lead conversion and effective qualification through a consultative sales approach, to successful deal closure.
* Product Expertise: Skillfully conduct tailored product demos, understand and assess complex client pain points and use cases, and prove tangible value.
* Net-New Business Acquisition: Actively work to secure new logos and revenues.
Who We're Looking For:
* Proven experience selling intelligence or cyber security solutions within the UK
* In-depth expertise selling into the public sector: government, military, law enforcement, local councils, etc.
* Deep understanding of government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and budget cycles.
* Clear success in new business and logo acquisition.
* An individual who doesn't need the processes and structure of an enterprise employer, a self-starter who enjoys the autonomy of running sales processes from end-to-end. Start-up experience is advantageous.
