Overview
My client are a government body, who're seeking an Operations Team Leader on an initial 3 month contract basis (full time).
Responsibilities
* You will look after team wellbeing, employee development, ensure records are accurate and up to date, time recording, deal with expenses, workers adhere to policies, managing tech people, leading and sharing team meetings, resourcing, deal with projects that need looking at.
Contract details
* Contract Length: 3 months - Possible extension
* Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week - Bodmin, Bristol, Exeter (Exeter preferred)
* IR35: In scope
Qualifications
* You will have successfully led people, nurturing a supportive culture and driving improved performance.
* Effective communication skills in a hybrid working setting
* Have experience of influencing others to achieve outcomes
* Have the ability to lead, motivate, support and develop a team of skilled practitioners
* Be able to demonstrate leadership to deliver outcomes through others
* Previous experience of line management
* An understanding of project and programme management
* Awareness of project governance
* Duties include: people management, resourcing
