Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Onboarding Migration Team. You will support the migration of customer data across platforms, elicit requirements, manage stakeholders, and document current and future state workflows. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and successful delivery of migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements
* Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
* Document As‑Is and To‑Be process flows
* Manage and prioritize change requests and requirements
* Define and maintain project scope documentation
* Use Jira to track and manage requirements and tasks
* Support change management activities related to onboarding and migration
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements
Your Profile
Mandatory Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
* Strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
* Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing requirements
* Experience in documenting project scope, process flows, and change requests
* Understanding of change management principles
Desirable Skills
* Experience in API requirements and design
* Background in Salesforce (including workflows and platform knowledge)
* Prior involvement in technical migrations of customer data across platforms
