We're looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client, a Ukrainian product and R&D company. This company develops cutting-edge, innovative solutions in the military technology sector, creating products with a real, tangible impact on national security.


About the Company

Our client is a Ukrainian product and R&D company dedicated to developing advanced military technologies. They foster a dynamic environment where every team member's ideas and initiatives are not just valued, but directly contribute to critical, life-changing projects.


You're our ideal candidate if you:

* Have senior-level experience in Business Development or Sales.

* Fluent in English.

* Are a professional in negotiations and client product presentations.

* Excel at identifying new business opportunities and finding potential business partners.

* Willing to travel frequently internationally for exhibitions and targeted events.

* Possess significant experience in the Miltech/defense industry and/or a strong technical background, which has enabled you to build existing connections and a robust network within the defense sector, especially with NATO nations and major defense manufacturers (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Rheinmetall). Having such an established network is a critical requirement for securing multi-million dollar contracts and facilitating rapid market entry.

* Have a proven track record of building sales in the US and European markets, with a particular interest in Nordic countries and potentially Asia.

* A "seasoned veteran" with deep industry knowledge, possibly from a background with large defense companies, eager to apply your expertise to impactful projects.


Responsibilities:

* Processing leads from exhibitions and managing incoming orders from international markets.

* Participating in negotiations with partners, dealers, and integrators.

* Actively seeking new clients, partners, and investors to expand sales in the USA and Europe (especially Nordic countries and potentially Asia). Your ability to rapidly enter new markets (1-2 countries within six months) and secure multi-million dollar contracts will be key.

* Analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

* Identifying grant opportunities, preparing and submitting applications in collaboration with legal counsel.

* Analyzing regulatory requirements and developing market entry and product monetization strategies.
