We are looking for a part-time Support Worker to work in our Bournemouth based Re-settlement unit.
We are an abstinent based supported housing project overseeing 5/6 units in the Bournemouth area.
We offer substantial support to around 45 clients and each support worker is allocated a project to oversee as well as managing a client caseload.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a motivated and innovative team where our service users are at the heart of all we do.
We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic aptitude and an interest in either housing and or addiction who would like to join our team.
Experience is preferred but not essential as we provide an excellent training package.
No qualification or experience necessary but it is advantageous to have:
The Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
All essential training given and employees must be willing to undergo essential training
A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Good people skills and computer literacy is essential

* Support individuals to manage their financial affairs
* Support individuals to access employment
* Support individuals to access learning, training and development opportunities
* Support individuals to move into new living environments
* Promote employment, training and education opportunities for individuals
* Develop risk management plans to promote independence in daily living
* To help tenant maintain their tenancy
* Providing emotional support for an individual
* Ensure the environment is homely, clean and safe
* To provide budgeting advise
