What You’ll DoOversee and manage all parts inventory across ACI Motorsport’s Porsche race programs, including Porsche Carrera Cup North America and SRO GT4 America entries, ensuring accuracy, availability, and operational readiness for both workshop and track activities.Control the full lifecycle of parts: ordering, receiving, labeling, stocking, and tracking of all Porsche components, consumables, and assemblies to factory-level standards.Implement and continuously improve structured inventory processes, including reorder points, supplier coordination, and quality control checks.Prepare and pack all parts for race events and test programs, ensuring completeness, compliance with series regulations, and readiness for high-pressure trackside operations.Work closely with race engineers, mechanics, and technical leadership to forecast parts requirements, support car builds, damage repair, and ongoing performance development.Monitor and control component lifing in line with Porsche Motorsport specifications and ACI internal standards, ensuring full compliance and reliability.Manage supplier relationships, returns, and warranty processes efficiently and professionally.Maintain a clean, organised, and audit-ready parts department that reflects high operational standards.Provide trackside support when required, including parts distribution, rapid sourcing, and real-time inventory management during race weekends and test events.What You’ll NeedMinimum 3 years’ experience in motorsport parts management, preferably within Porsche race programs.Strong understanding of Porsche Carrera Cup and GT4 platforms, including components, assemblies, and lifing requirements.Ability to interpret Porsche parts catalogues, technical manuals, and engineering documentation.Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy.Working knowledge of international shipping and logistics, including carnets, customs documentation, and race event logistics.Familiarity with major shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS).Ability to read and understand technical drawings, build sheets, and manufacturer documentation.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with engineers, mechanics, and management across multiple programs.Willingness to travel extensively to race eventAbility to safely handle and move parts and equipment within a workshop and trackside environment.A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate operational needs and maintain high standards.
