Band 6 Autism Assessor (Bath) - St Martin's Hospital - Kempthorne HouseJob IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Band 6 Autism Assessor who is a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing team in BSW, with a base at St Martin's Hospital in Bath.As a Band 6 Autism Assessor, you will provide assessment and post diagnostic support to both individuals and groups as appropriate with supervision available for formulation and diagnosis following assessment.Primarily based in Bath, you will have the flexibility to work within a model that supports both on-site and hybrid working arrangements, depending on the nature of the role.
