Key Responsibilities Production Duties Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Maintain accurate production records and inspection logs Work collaboratively with your team to resolve issues on the line Support ongoing improvements in processes, productivity, and output Warehouse & FLT Duties Complete goods-in/goods-out documentation accurately Load vehicles correctly and manage driver paperwork Off-load and correctly store incoming goods Ensure all inbound/outbound shipments are accurate, reporting variances Act as a point of contact for warehouse enquiries and assist Production with problem-solving What We're Looking For A valid, in-date Forklift Licence Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Previous experience in a Warehouse / Goods-in / Goods-out environment Experience in loading, unloading, and stock picking Benefits Opportunity for long-term, stable employment Chance to progress within a reputable and supportive company Varied role combining Production and Warehouse/FLT work Work with a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
