SALES ENGINEER
THE ROLE:
Join a business development team driving growth across a specialist product range. You'll target end users, build new pipelines, and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach, site visits, and strategic planning. The role blends new business with account development, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support installations where needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
·Minimum 3 years' technical field sales experience
·Full UK driving licence
·Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland
·Proactive, organised and commercially driven
THE PACKAGE:
·£40,000-£45,000 basic
·£11,000 uncapped commission (paid monthly)
·Electric company car
·Private healthcare + 4% pension
·25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
