* Contract: Full Time, Permanent
* Working hours: 40 hours per week
* Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour
* Annual salary: £30,160 plus £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (average), rising to £31,140 after 18 months
* Welcome bonus: £2,000
* Overtime: 1.25× basic rate
* Closing date: Tuesday 31 March 2026

Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred support to children and young people in a residential setting.
* Document, monitor and update care records daily using the electronic care recording system (Clearcare preferred).
* Participate in induction, training and continuous development programmes.
* Apply the company’s core values of integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, and enthusiasm in all actions.
* Support safeguarding and welfare of all children within the service.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* At least two references covering the past two years, including all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable.
* Previous experience in child or residential care (value of experience over specific role).
* Proficiency in using digital systems and willingness to learn an electronic care recording system.
