Robert Half is partnering with a global renewable energy organisation in search for a HR Operations Manager to join their team in London.
* Central London | 3 days onsite | Full time
The role:
HR Operations Manager to support the Head of HR in building and managing a global HR operations function within a fast-growing renewable energy business.
The role combines:
* UK payroll and benefits management
* global HR operations oversight
* policy and process governance
* vendor management
* support for international HRBPs
This is a hands-on role in a lean, scale-up environment backed by a large global energy group.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage global HR operations
* Oversee UK payroll and benefits administration
* Manage HR vendors, suppliers, and external advisors
* Support and guide regional HRBPs on policy and best practice
* Manage global mobility and secondee processes
* Lead policy reviews and process improvement initiatives
* Support organisational change and international expansion
* Run RFPs and selection processes for HR operational suppliers
* Process HR-related invoicing
* Help build a “best-in-class” HR function alongside the Head of HR
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ HR operations experience
* Strong UK payroll, benefits, and compliance knowledge
* International HR exposure across multiple regions
* Experience managing external vendors/providers
* Understanding of global mobility and compliance
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong Excel capability
