We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Aldermaston team based in Aldermaston.
Location: Aldermaston, BerkshireHours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Aldermaston team, supporting them in delivering construction projects in secured environments, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success.
Your day to day will include:
-Leading and overseeing the successful delivery of projects from pre-commencement to completion
-Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet programme and budget targets
-Ensuring compliance with Kier's SHE policies and Project Lifecycle Management procedures
-Acting as the client's point of contact and promoting ongoing relationships
-Mentoring site teams and supporting their development
What are we looking for?This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
-You have significant experience in leading delivery on construction projects, ideally in secured environments
-You hold relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree level), SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid Certificate, and a Full UK Driving Licence
-You have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in NEC and JCT contracts
