Trading Assistant – Media Hub Campaign
CJ Lang’s Media Hub sits within the Trading Department and handles all agreed supplier marketing campaigns across the SPAR Store estate in Scotland. They should have a sound knowledge of Microsoft IT systems and the ability to learn bespoke computer systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a team player with excellent administrative skills, a knowledge of digital media marketing, and is flexible in their approach to work. This role will be Head office based for the initial 3 months, followed by the opportunity for hybrid working
About the Role…
• You will assist in the processing of media bookings including maintaining finance tracker
• Processing of invoices
• Creation of PPT presentations for internal and external use
• Maintain up to date rate card, media pack and media hub promotion calendar
• Assist with collation of Point of Sale for print and digital
• Create and maintain a digital image library
• Assist with content creation for social media and website
• Assist with update and scheduling of all digital media
• Provide admin support to the Media Hub team
About you…
• Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience of Photoshop and Indesign software packages
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
• Experience of working on website CMS desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A full clean driving license is desirable.
