Responsibilities
1. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized attention throughout the shopping experience.
2. Engaging with clients through outreach and events to increase sales and customer base.
3. Acting as a brand ambassador for Hästens, promoting our products with enthusiasm and professionalism.
4. Leading by example and coaching colleagues to enhance customer service and sales performance.
5. Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
6. Seeking self-improvement and staying updated on industry trends and products.
Skills and requirements
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* At least 2-3 years of successful sales experience in luxury retail.
* Experience with clienteling and outreach.
* CRM experience.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
* Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking opportunities and driving growth.
* Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and passion for exceptional service.
* Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
* Relationship Building: Ability to foster trust and loyalty with clients and colleagues.
* Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
