Our Restaurant Supervisor Role:
We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant
Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant and
the Living Space.
You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have
excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritize under pressure,
ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first-class, flawless
service.

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be:
* Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck
Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse
* Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required
* Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to
optimize all aspects of our food service
* Assisting in the ongoing training, development and
performance management of a large team
* Approaching guest complaints, requests and enquiries, in a
relaxed yet professional manner
* Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and
guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and
procedures
The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

* Previous supervisory experience
* To effectively work in and manage a team
* High attention to detail
* A passion for proving the best customer service possible
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
