This role is pivotal for overseeing the development and implementation of health and safety policies within major highway projects, ensuring a secure working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Investigating accidents and incidents: Thoroughly investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Providing training and guidance to employees: Educate employees on safe work practices, hazard awareness, and the proper use of safety equipment.
