Requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer
Role Summary
* Working in a team responsible for the design, procurement, and delivery of M&E projects.
* Working in the water industry responsible for project coordination and delivery, on projects ranging in value and complexity.
* Ensure projects follow agreed budgets, scope and program.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety and HR procedures.
* Office based with occasional site visits and design meetings.
Experience
* Experience in a design and build project delivery role (preferable water industry).
* NEC 3 knowledge and experience.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Project.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Construction Operative with a M&E background may also be considered for the role (preferably in Water Industry).
Qualifications
* CSCS Card (required).
* 18th Edition of BS7671 (preferred).
* CITB SMSTS or CITB SSSTS (preferred).

* Good communication skills.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to diagnose problems and identify and recommend solutions.
* Handling and processing information and data.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and independently.
* Ability to travel, plan, manage and prioritise own workload.
Salary Range
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
Working Hours
40 per week.
Office based with occasional site visits.
Office located in Ilkeston, Derby.
