Salary: £38,000 plus fantastic benefits
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional, discreet, and reliable support to the Regional Director. This role is critical in enabling the Director to operate effectively across a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, prioritising meetings based on urgency and importance, and scheduling both internal and client-facing appointments.
* Take detailed meeting minutes, assist with creating internal presentations, and compile input from senior team members and other stakeholders.
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining databases, producing reports, and drafting client communications.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required.
* Monitor and manage email correspondence with initiative and professionalism.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and regular communication.
* Prepare materials and briefings for meetings with both internal teams and external clients.
* Circulate key information across the regional team in a timely and effective manner.
* Collaborate closely with local office heads, executive assistants across the region, and the business management team.
* Support the wider administrative team in Bournemouth, providing cover during absences when needed.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a PA, assistant, or secretarial role.
* Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
* Confident in building relationships at all levels and comfortable engaging with clients by phone and email.
* Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet personal objectives.
* Trustworthy, discreet, and confident handling sensitive or confidential information.
* A solid understanding of the Director’s business area and a willingness to develop broader knowledge of the organisation over time.
