Your new role As a Quality Control Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. Your duties will include: Conducting daily quality checks across production areas Monitoring critical control points (CCPs), including temperature and hygiene Supporting internal audits and customer visits Collecting and preparing samples for laboratory testing Reporting non-conformances and assisting with corrective actions Liaising with the technical team to uphold food safety standards Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Additional expectation: Start at 6:30am on two days per week to support early production checks What you'll need to succeed Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Good communication skills and ability to work independently Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance is desirable A valid driving licence is advantageous Full training will be provided What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate or salary Structured training and development Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment Exposure to industry-leading quality and food safety practices Career progression opportunities within a growing business What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
