We're working with one of London's most iconic music and entertainment businesses to find a Finance Assistant to join their finance team.

Reporting into the Management Accountant, you'll be a core part of a small, collaborative finance team where your contribution genuinely matters. This isn't a siloed, process-heavy environment - you'll be encouraged to get involved in process improvement, work cross-functionally, and grow into broader responsibilities over time including month-end support.
Day-to-day you'll be handling:
* Purchase invoice processing
* Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Supporting process improvement projects alongside the IT team
* Month-end tasks including journals as you develop in the role
About You
* 2+ years transactional finance experience
* Comfortable with AP, AR and reconciliations
* AAT, ACCA or CIMA studier, or a relevant degree with solid hands-on experience
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving, less structured environment
* A strong team player - culture fit is taken seriously here
* Background in media, hospitality, entertainment or an SME is a plus
* Large corporate-only backgrounds are unlikely to be the right fit
