Overview
Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join our Toyota dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis. Our packages and pay plans are industry-leading and reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset. Basic Salary up to £43,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits.

Role and Responsibilities
* Servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
* Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
* Additional repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles, including use of electronic diagnostic equipment and focus on batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
* Ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
* Understand Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
* Operate additional systems, such as video reporting (e.g., CitNOW).
* Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
* Collaborate with other workshop team members to continually learn and share knowledge.
About You
* We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who have experience as a Vehicle Technician or related roles in the automotive sector.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or working towards it.
* An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
* MOT License would be beneficial but not essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with a track record of high-quality work; training and facilities available to support career progression.
