Main duties of the job
Management of long-termconditions, including development of individualised care plans.
General Treatment Room Duties.
Cervical cytology and womenshealth, including family planning.
Childhood, adult, and travelvaccinations.
Wound care, suture removal, anddressings.
Ensuring accurate documentationand high standards of patient care.
Contributing to QOF, audits,and improvement projects.
Maintaining NMC registrationand professional revalidation.

Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to work threedays per week between Tuesday and Friday, with Friday being essential due tobusiness needs. In addition, extended access will be required on the firstSaturday of each month with enhanced pay.

Other Requirements
* Full UK Driving License
* Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
Experience
* Experience of working autonomously in a primary care environment
* Experience of infection prevention and control measures
