Job description: We are looking for highly motivated, skilled and reliable Support Workers in Grimsby area. Supporting a male client with ADHD, Autism and displays complex behaviours. Male only due to nature of the role. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Males due to the nature of the role. You will need: Caring, patient and empathetic nature Experience of communication with people at all levels and excellent communication skills. Motivation to make a difference to our clients 6 months Experience of supporting clients with a Learning Disabilities and Complex Behaviours Full working rights to work in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship) Your role would include: Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments. Prompting with personal care tasks. Cognitive and behavioural support via the use of effective management strategies. Access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home.
